There is no one size fits all to health and nutrition. I truly believe healthy is a vibe, when you are healthy you feel it. Healthy is not the way you look, but how you feel!

Kristina Hallberg, Registered Dietitian Nutritionist. I am a sunset loving Arizona girl, born and raised. I currently live on the South Shore of Kauai! I am an energetic dog (+cat) mom, wife, Peloton aficionado and lover of cupcakes and carrots - always together as in carrot cake!
I hold a Bachelors Degree in Health Promotion, Community Health Education from Northern Arizona University as well as a Bachelors Degree in Nutrition from Arizona State University.
I competed my Dietetic Internship with Iowa State University.
I have spent my career as a Registered Dietitian sifting through all the BS to best support you in your health journey.

To achieve optimal wellness, one must evaluate what is working for them and what makes them feel good. In addition, you will also want to evaluate what is holding you back, nutritionally speaking. My approach is simple. I focus on each person as an individual, focus on whole foods, balancing nutrition, lifestyle and activity. Applying wellness principles in your everyday life will allow you to achieve your goals, improve your energy and live with healthy vibes.
For me, personally I have had my moments where I have felt "healthy" and on point with my nutrition and fitness routine! I have also experienced recipe boredom, changes in routine and feeling unmotivated. It is normal to have these experiences! Perfection is not the goal. I have met with thousands of people in their journey towards health and everyone has a story. Trust the process, get the support to jumpstart your motivation and continue to learn. Expect nutrition to be a lifelong journey and to make adjustments along the way.
