To achieve optimal wellness, one must evaluate what is working for them and what makes them feel good. In addition, you will also want to evaluate what is holding you back, nutritionally speaking. My approach is simple. I focus on each person as an individual, focus on whole foods, balancing nutrition, lifestyle and activity. Applying wellness principles in your everyday life will allow you to achieve your goals, improve your energy and live with healthy vibes.
For me, personally I have had my moments where I have felt "healthy" and on point with my nutrition and fitness routine! I have also experienced recipe boredom, changes in routine and feeling unmotivated. It is normal to have these experiences! Perfection is not the goal.
