I have met with thousands of people in my twenty years + of nutrition coaching with focus areas all looking to optimize health in different ways. I focus on overall wellness, fitness, recovery, inflammation, science, individual care, personalization and lifestyle factors.
There is no one size fits all to health and nutrition. I truly believe healthy is a vibe, when you are healthy you feel it. Healthy is not the way you look, but how you feel!

I hold a Bachelors Degree in Health Promotion, Community Health Education from Northern Arizona University as well as a Bachelors Degree in Nutrition from Arizona State University.
I competed my Dietetic Internship with Iowa State University.
