We will review all the top information you need on why and how to eat more plants. This does not mean "just plants" it just means more plants :-) We will also optimize protein intake, quality carbohydrates/fiber and fats into your plan.

We connect through a HIPPA compliant platform and will review your current intake information including your food diary, talk through goals and strategize your personalized plan
Through my virtual platform, I will have you create your food diary to give us a really good picture of your normal day (5-7 days). All food and activity can be recorded.
Once you receive your personalized nutrition strategy you will then have guidenace, recipes and inspo included in your plan.
We can also plan follow up strategy sessions as needed.
